The blinds were installed yesterday by a most impressive and extremely personable young man. What a delight! Sadly, I have forgotten his name as the rude and arrogant counter installers were here as well.
The blinds look wonderful. I don’t know why I thought they would be room darkening, but I did. Regardless, we are happy with the blinds and love the crisp, clean look of them. There is a slight scratch on the head rail, so of course when Mr. Professional discovered it, without pause, came up with a solution. He’ll be calling today to swing by when its convenient, as he lives in the area.
This transaction was so painless with you. We are so very grateful for your input and suggestions. The installing company you contracted out were pleasant to work with and the installer represented his company and you extremely well.
